Today feels like a good day. In preparation to this day, I have read some scriptures with the kiddos to teach them about Jesus and why we celebrate Easter. Grace is at the age where she is ready to learn and can understand many more concepts than before. I think it is fun to hear her questions knowing that she is figuring it all out in her cute little head. I am so glad that we celebrate more than candy and a fictional Easter bunny. It is so fulfilling to teach them the true meaning and get to celebrate Christ's resurrection teaching them that because he was resurrected we and our loved ones who have passed will be restored to their bodies in a perfect state. What a thing to celebrate! Christ is Wonderful! We love Him.
The kids already had their Easter baskets this morning but I need to go cook us some yummy breakfast. I'm thinking soft boiled eggs with toast.....
I have pictures I want to blog about but can't until I get my printer all hooked up. I am missing the power cord to it! which is L-A-M-E.... Cuz, I have like a bazillion cords but, none seem to be the right one! ah! It'll turn up soon. I hope.

Easter is fun with kids! Teaching them about the resurrection is way harder than teaching them how to hunt for eggs. Happy Easter!
